Tonight, I’m bringing my sound bath to Oxton Village Hall.

No yoga experience.
No meditation experience.
No having to be “good” at relaxing.

Just come along, get comfy, lie down and let the sound do the rest.

Gongs, singing bowls, chimes and other beautiful sounds create a deeply relaxing sound bath designed to help you slow down, release the tension you’ve been carrying and give your mind a proper break.

It’s one of those evenings where you can arrive feeling like you’ve got a hundred things going round your head and leave thinking…

“Ahhh. I needed that.”
