☀️ Hot Weather Reminder ☀️

With the warmer weather expected over the next few days, please remember to stay safe in the heat:

💧 Drink plenty of water
🧴 Wear sunscreen and light clothing
🏠 Try to keep cool during the hottest part of the day
👶 Keep an extra eye on children, older relatives, and vulnerable family members and neighbours.

If you feel unwell, dizzy, dehydrated, or experience symptoms that are worsening, please seek medical advice.

For urgent medical help when we are closed, please contact NHS 111. In a medical emergency, always call 999.

🌟 Colleague of the Month - April 🌟

This month’s superstar is Anne England, our amazing Assistant Practice Manager! 👏✨

While our Practice Manager was away, Anne didn’t just step up… she basically captained the whole ship 🚢 — steering us through the madness, keeping everything afloat, and somehow still smiling through it all!

From juggling a million things at once to keeping the team on track, she absolutely carried us last month and made it look effortless!

Anne, you’ve been an absolute star ⭐ and we’re so lucky to have you!
