It's been a record-breaking warm week ☀️

Although temperatures are set to cool down a little over the next few days, it's easy for children to get so busy playing, exploring and having fun that they forget to stay hydrated.

💧 Encourage regular drinks throughout the day
🍓 Offer water-rich fruits as snacks
🧢 Don't forget hats and sunscreen when outdoors

A water bottle, regular drink breaks and a few juicy snacks can go a long way.
