Yesterday I was lucky enough to be invited to the Professionals Open Day at a state of the art new rehab centre in Ipswich. California House Physical Rehab Centre will soon be opening its doors to patients looking for high-end rehab and expert care. It has an in house chef providing nutritious meals, a gym with a physiotherapist, a hairdressing salon, beautiful gardens and a catalogue of holistic treatments patients can choose from to aid their recovery too. I had a go at trying a fantastic bit of kit; a zero gravity treadmill which is like hydrotherapy but better. Thankyou to Liaison Manager Laura Abel for the tour!

So in short, reiki healing cannot NOT help you… even if you can’t feel anything, you will be benefiting from it on a cellular level. It’s actually science not woo woo 💕
