We unfortunately have 2 GPs off sick today and one off on annual leave, leaving only one GP and our 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners.

If you were planning to telephone for triage but your problem can wait until later in the week, we would appreciate if you would postpone your call until later in the week so that the limited triage slots we have available can be utilised by those who have a medical problem that cannot wait until another day.

If you have a minor illness you may be able to obtain advice via Pharmacy First (please see link).

This summer, organisations across Scotland are coming together to support Together We Move – a national campaign that celebrates movement in all its forms and encourages people to recognise the value of everyday movement for their HEALTH and WELLBEING.

Launched as part of Scotland's Summer of Sport 2026 and the lead up to the Commonwealth Games, Together We Move aims to challenge perceptions of what counts as being active by celebrating movement in all its forms. Whether it's walking to the shops🚶‍➡️ gardening 🌻 dancing in the kitchen 💃🕺 carrying shopping 🛍️playing with children ⛹️ or spending time outdoors with friends and family 🌳🛝

At its heart, Together We Move recognises that meaningful movement looks different for everyone and that every movement - no matter how big or small - matters.

How you can get involved
ℹ️Help spread the word locally by displaying a Together We Move poster in your workplace, school, community centre, care setting or shop window. Share the campaign messages with staff, visitors, clients, customers and local communities to help celebrate movement in all its forms.

The MenB vaccine programme will start early July, and 2 doses are essential for full protection. The vaccine will be offered to:

- young people born between 1 March 2008 and 28 February 2009, and any others who were in S6 during the 2025-26 academic year, regardless of future education plans

- undergraduate university entrants under the age of 25 who are starting for the first time in the academic year 2026-27, including international students

- college entrants under 25 starting for the first time in the academic year 2026-27 while living away from home in shared student accommodation, including international students
