Congratulations to MB ChB graduate Suzi Laws, whose Student Selected Component research project has been published in the journal Palliative Care & Social Practice.

Suzi's project explored the impact of The Omega Course - a community course that gives people the opportunity to talk and learn about death and dying in a friendly and safe place.

You can find out more about The Omega Course here: https://www.omegacourse.co.uk/

And you can read about Suzi's findings here: https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.1177/26323524261481869

This is a fantastic example of how student research can create real-world impact, supporting both academic development and local community organisations.
