Arch Summer Social wrap up!!!💫💫

Utterly speechless, what an amazing morning 🥹

45 wonderful humans showing up for themselves, moving their bodies with intention, and showing what an incredible community we’ve already built.

Arch is a baby, just over three months old, so to see so many people coming together, building friendship and finding their passion for Pilates so soon, couldn’t really feel more special 🤍

And of course, what’s better than sitting with your bestie after class and enjoying an amazing Acai bowl in the sun?!☀️

Love each and every one of you, thank you for starting your summer with us 🏝️

We never want a class at Arch to just be about exercise.

Of course, moving your body is for all the health benefits.

But movement at Arch is about so much more.

It’s about finding movement that allows you to build, practice and refine a skill.

It’s about finding a way to move that helps you manage an injury, reduce aches and pains, improve posture.

It’s about finding a space where you can move with as much or little intensity as you want, to suit how your body is feeling that day.

And most of all, it’s about finding a friendly space and welcoming community.

So yes - you come to Arch to exercise. But we hope you leave with so much more than just an hour of movement 🤍
