You don’t need to throw your phone away to reduce your screen time. 📱❌

Start smaller:

🔕 Turn off unnecessary notifications
🍽️ Have one screen-free meal
🛏️ Stop taking your phone to bed
🚶 Go for a walk without scrolling
🧹 Unfollow accounts that make you feel worse
⏰ Create a realistic evening cut-off

Small boundaries are much easier to maintain than a dramatic “digital detox” that lasts two days.

Our latest VÕS HELP blog explains how to build a healthier relationship with your screen WITHOUT giving up your phone.
