Our safety advisors are second to none 👏

They’re not just there to tick boxes. They’re solution-focused, always thinking ahead, and constantly working out how to deliver more value for every production.

It means we can create content safely, legally, and with the right insurances in place.

Medical support is about more than having a medic on set.
It’s about trust.

At RT Group, we’re a Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulated provider, meaning our medical services follow recognised standards of care, safety and accountability.

From how information is handled to how care is delivered, everything is done properly, not just quickly.

Because when it comes to people’s wellbeing, standards matter. 🚑

Still feeling incredibly proud after celebrating the first Senior Roles in Production Management cohort.

What a night. What a group. What a reminder of the talent, generosity, ambition and care that exists across our industry.

This programme was built around the belief that brilliant people need space to think, honest support, practical tools and a strong community around them as they step into what comes next.

And this cohort has shown exactly what can happen when that space is created.

Over the past nine months, they have reflected, stretched, shared, supported each other, asked big questions, taken bold steps and reminded us all that career progression isn’t just about the next title. It’s about confidence, clarity, impact, values and finding your own version of success.

I’m so proud of every single person in this cohort and so grateful to everyone who has supported the programme, speakers, mentors, champions, partners, and the brilliant Hudini Coaching team.

Please do take a look at the cohort page, read their bios, connect with them and celebrate this incredible group.

And if you’d like to hear more about the next cohort (🤞)whether as a participant, mentor, speaker or supporter, you can register your interest via the link in bio.

Here’s to creating more space, more opportunity and more brilliant senior production talent.

What if the answer wasn't "no"?

What if it was "how?"

The best ideas aren't always the easiest to deliver.

That's where we come in.

At RT Group, we help productions navigate complexity, manage risk and operate confidently in challenging environments.

Because risk management shouldn't stand in the way of creativity.

It should enable it.

What if Would You Rather was taken literally? 👀

Would You Rather: Decide To Survive arrives on Prime Video on 26th June, turning hypothetical choices into real-world challenges.

Behind the scenes, RT Group provided an integrated risk management package, delivering safety, security, medical support, rope access, engineering reports and a dedicated response vehicle deployed from the UK to support the production.

When productions push people beyond their comfort zones, robust planning and risk management become essential.

395 miles. 5 days. One incredible challenge.

This week, Jill Scott is running and cycling from Wembley to Sunderland for Sport Relief.

Behind every challenge of this scale is a team working to keep things moving safely.

That's why RT Group is proud to be providing on-the-ground support with a paramedic and health and safety advisor throughout the journey.

Wishing Jill and the entire team the very best as they take on the miles ahead!

What did you do with your weekend?

On Saturday night, a live audience watched DYNAMO escape from a burning car suspended 100 feet above the New York City skyline.

What they didn't see?

The planning, preparation and specialist teams working behind the scenes to make it happen safely.

From risk assessments and rigging to fire safety and medical support, every detail matters.

Because the most impressive moments on screen start long before the cameras roll.

That's where RT Group comes in.

Certainty in Uncertainty. 🎬🔥

From sunshine to snowstorms ☀️➡️❄️

When we first recce'd the final stage of Race Across the World in Mongolia, conditions couldn't have been better.

A few weeks later, the route was covered in snow and temperatures had dropped to -15°C.

Before the crew arrived, we flew ahead to assess conditions, review key locations and understand what had changed.

Because when environments change, plans need to adapt.
