LONG appreciation post 🙏🏽

Life has been a little wavy lately... and by wavy I mean WTF 🤣 I know I'm not the only one feeling it!

I want to say a ✨MASSIVE✨ thank you to everyone who has supported me from the beginning and to those who are new here... welcome 🙏🏽 Your support never goes unnoticed.

And to my true friends, whether I see you all the time or you're stuck with me daily 🤣 thank you for always having my back.

I'm absolutely loving the interest our day retreat giveaway is getting. If we can give someone a day to remember simply by spreading a little love, then my heart is full and my mission is accomplished. ❤️✨

I'd love to do more for the community, especially when people need it most, so keep your eyes peeled for the Crystal Raffle. The beautiful Labradorite piece will be drawn this month and there may still be time to grab a number for just £2. 💙

Starting in July, I'll also be offering a FREE healing session or treatment of choice to one person every month. It can be for you or someone you'd like to nominate. 🙌🏼

Myself and Mandy are currently arranging dates for July, August and September for our Couples/Doubles Treatment Saturdays – combining massage and Reiki/energy healing with someone special. ❤️

✨ Outdoor sound baths with Andy from A's Sacred Sound & Healing will also be returning soon – dates coming shortly. ✨

We also have a WhatsApp community for updates, events, music sharing and good vibes. I'll pop the link in the comments.

And to top it all off, I have TWO weddings for two beautiful besties, Tara and Tracey, this month. I'm emotional, but so happy for them both... and I get to be bridesmaid too! 💖

What an amazing weekend working within the elements, connecting deeply with nature, community and bringing the powerful Full Moon energies to the forefront 🌕✨

Today I’m holding space for a beautiful Reiki Level 2 Attunement day — deepening the journey into energy healing, intuition, symbols, distant healing and energetic awareness 🙏🏼

If you’ve been feeling called to explore healing, spirituality or working with energy, Reiki is such a beautiful path of self-discovery and transformation.

✨ Weekend training dates to be announced soon

This Wednesday evening we also have Breathwork Class — a powerful space to release, reset and reconnect through the breath 🌬️

🌅 What a magical start to the day… waking before sunrise, setting up on the beach, feeling the fresh sea air and holding space as the sun rose over the water ✨

Drums around the fire, crystal bowls singing, the deep vibrations of the gong and beautiful souls coming together to simply breathe, release and receive 💜🔥🌊

Now back home for a quick reset before we do it all again tonight on the moors at 7pm 🌿✨

Feeling so grateful for every single person who came last night and shared their energy with us. The sunsets, the smiles, the stillness… moments like this remind me why I do what I do 💫
