The mission of International Association of Infant Massage is to promote nurturing touch and respectful communication through education and awareness across the world.

This mission is not limited to teaching massage techniques. It is about fostering a deeper understanding of babies as competent, communicative individuals and supporting parents in developing confidence and sensitivity in their interactions.

Your baby is growing through ordinary moments.

A cuddle.

A conversation.

A feed.

A nappy change.

A gentle touch.

A ridiculous song that you absolutely cannot sing in tune. 😂

Parenthood doesn't need to look perfect to be meaningful.

Research in early development consistently highlights the importance of responsive caregiving in the formation of secure attachment.

Infant massage, within the IAIM framework, supports this process by encouraging attentive observation, respectful touch, and emotional availability.

Rather than focusing on stimulation or outcomes, the emphasis is on interaction: noticing cues, responding appropriately, and allowing the baby to take an active role in the exchange.

These repeated experiences of being seen and responded to contribute to a sense of safety and trust.

Attachment is not created in a single moment, but through many small, consistent interactions over time.

Infant massage offers one structured opportunity within daily life where these interactions can be intentionally supported.

👶 Courses are suitable for babies from birth to 12 months.
