Let’s stop pretending a new Notion template, a cleaner
desk, or a better time block strategy is going to fix this.

You don’t lack willpower. You are suffering from ego protection.

When you delay a project, your brain secretly feels safe. If you never finish it, nobody can critique the final product. You get to blame the tight deadline for a mediocre result, keeping your flawless potential safely intact.

THE REDIAGNOSIS
Treating a deeply rooted emotional response like it’s a time management issue is why you’ve been stuck in the exact same loop for months.

True discipline isn’t about forcing your way through anxiety. It’s about removing the threat. It’s realising that your work can be edited, critiqued, or improved, but you cannot be rewritten. Your self worth is already non-negotiable.

The air is cleaner up here, and honestly - it’s easier to breathe when you aren’t carrying the dead weight of a man who never deserved a seat at your table anyway.

I used to think the climb back to myself would be the hardest thing I’d ever do. Turns out, surviving the bs was the summit.
