It's the last day of May which means it's the last day of mental health awareness month 💚

However it's so important to keep thinking about this daily, checking in and giving ourselves compassion and self love 💚

Our body and minds are going through a massive change during perimenopause and beyond. Hormonal levels fluctuate and decline which impacts across our whole body. Our brain struggles a lot with this and this can take its toll on our mental health.

Check in daily, give yourself more care, you deserve more, you are valuable and important.

Don't suffer alone, reach out 💚
