The more I hear about “Reformer” studios opening everywhere & quick, online trained teachers the more I want to return to how I was taught to teach Pilates 20 years ago before it became a trend.

Learn the method on all the equipment. Think circuits (but not really). Through the full repertoire.

Alongside our Classical Reformer Pilates classes, we are opening up the rest of the equipment to everyone. Until now, it’s only been available to private clients and I realised so many of you were missing the chance to experience these incredible pieces.

Coming soon: new Equipment classes. Just 4 people per class.

Booking Update
To make booking even simpler, you’ll now find all of our Pilates classes and Restorative Therapies together under the “Classes” section of our booking system.
Although our Restorative Therapies (currently Cosmetic Acupuncture & Reflexology … and evolving) are one to one appointments rather than classes, bringing everything together under Classes makes it easier to browse everything we offer and discover new ways to support your wellbeing.

We have had our absolutely amazing client in regularly and without fail - 90 years of age and still showing up with determination, humour and zero interest in being defeated by a heatwave. Truly inspiring energy in every session.

While some fair-weather attendees have been tempted to cancel in the heat, we will simply say this: consistency always wins… and we’ll leave it there with a smile rather than a swipe 😉

Our sanctuary stays beautifully cool; we like to think it’s because the building has a past life as a piggery. Whatever the reason, we’re not questioning it… we’re just grateful to be as happy as pigs in Pilates 🐷✨
