From same‑day support and routine care to prescriptions, calls and home visits, our teams have been working hard to meet the needs of our growing patient population.
Alongside this, we’re proud to share the feedback received from patients during the month. Many of the comments reflect positive experiences around access, communication, and the care shown by both clinical and reception teams. It’s particularly encouraging to see how often patients mention feeling listened to and supported when it matters most.
We also recognise the impact of missed appointments, which continue to take up valuable clinical time. Reducing these helps us offer more appointments to those who need them.
Thank you to everyone who attended appointments, shared feedback, and supported the practice throughout May. Your involvement helps us continue improving and delivering care for our community 💙
