What if the biggest problem isn't getting sick… but waiting until you're already sick to start taking care of yourself?
One of the biggest shifts I made in my own life, and one that I try to help my clients make, is moving from a reactive approach to a proactive one.
So many of us only think about our health when something goes wrong. When we're exhausted, when we can't sleep, when our digestion starts acting up, when we're catching every bug that's going around, when blood tests come back with something unexpected.
But our bodies don't suddenly become unhealthy overnight. Our everyday choices matter long before symptoms appear.
As a nutritionist, I don't see my role as simply helping people once they're unwell. I see my role as helping them build habits that support their health before bigger problems develop.
That means nourishing your body with real food, prioritising sleep😴, moving regularly, managing stress🧘 and using simple, natural tools, like essential oils, as part of your daily routine when they fit your lifestyle.
None of these things are a magic solution. But together they create a stronger foundation for your health. Because prevention isn't one big decision. It's the small choices you make every single day.
And in my experience, those small choices often make the biggest difference over time.
