Last Sunday we hosted Breathwork x Brunch

Return to the Rhythm of your Breathe 🧘‍♀️ 🧘

A beautiful event to end summer by regulating the nervous system. We served electrolyte cocktails ARTAH

I used to most incredible cleansing spray and oils during the event to awaken everyone’s senses during the event by ALQVIMIA

We had Nopal as the special guest who served some beautiful cactus treats for us to try as an apperitif with a smoothie made out of Cactus.

We then nourished the body with a a LIVE mexican bbq .

I wrote the content and program a few years ago when I was in Portugal and the irony and magic came together when I was on a business trip and I came across a beautiful lady who said have you heard of MELEA HEALTH - I said No!

I went to visit and all the synchronitiies came together

The flower “ Melea “is like the blue lotus 🪷 (I didn’t know)

Melea offers treatments by ALQVIMIA - I didn’t know about all their products and offerings until I visited Melea and they offer an Egyptian Queen Ritual - I was blown away! The Spa Director said this would be a great addition to the Rebirth your Inner Muse - I replied and YES! 💫 👑

Then everything else about the rituals, the sauna, the nature, the doctors, the fitness and the rooms and the nourishment with the food offerings all came together!
