🍟 **What’s the Best Oil for Deep Frying?**

When choosing an oil for deep frying, heat stability matters. Oils that are more stable at high temperatures are less likely to break down and oxidize during cooking.

✅ Commonly recommended options for high-heat frying:
• Coconut oil
• Palm oil
• Beef tallow
• Ghee (clarified butter)
• Avocado oil
• Olive oil (best kept below 400°F / 204°C)

⚠️ Some experts suggest limiting oils that are high in polyunsaturated fats when deep frying because they can be more prone to oxidation when exposed to high heat.

Examples include:
• Soybean oil
• Corn oil
• Sunflower oil
• Safflower oil
• Peanut oil
• Canola oil
• Cottonseed oil

Remember: No frying oil is completely immune to degradation. Reusing oil multiple times, overheating it, and prolonged cooking can all affect quality.

The global bottled water industry makes over $290 BILLION every year… and Americans consume nearly 16 BILLION gallons annually.

Meanwhile, we’ve been constantly told to “drink more water” even beyond what our bodies naturally ask for.

But your body already has a built-in hydration system: THIRST.

Some hydration guidelines were heavily influenced by industries tied to bottled water and sports drinks. In fact, Gatorade helped fund recommendations suggesting thirst alone isn’t reliable.

Here’s the part most people never hear:
⚠️ Over-drinking water can actually be dangerous.

It can lead to a condition called hyponatremia when sodium levels in the blood become too low. In severe cases, it can become life-threatening.

The goal isn’t dehydration.
The goal is balance. ⚖️
Listen to your body.

Your thirst mechanism exists for a reason.
What do you think — have we been over-conditioned to drink water constantly? 👇
