Has anyone experienced AI replying to their Google reviews? I was horrified to see two responses I didn’t write and promptly deleted them writing my words as I religiously reply personally to all our review’s. Back off AI my brain still works just fine.

I used to wonder when I was a casual, driving hearses, lims and doing bearing why some of the other casual staff had once had their own business in either funeral directing or cars supply and I now understand the bliss of not having any responsibility other than showing up, smart and on time.

Providing a service demands all of your time.

Dealing with people is never easy but bereaved people are incredibly complex and sensitive.

So just a heads up. You may see me in a different role before too long.
