You'd never tell a friend "don't mess this up" before a big day. You'd tell them you've got their back.

Your inner voice can do the same. Same facts, kinder wording.

What would you say to a friend in your shoes? One word is fine.

Ever noticed that once you decide someone's annoyed with you, everything they do starts to look like proof?

Your mind is a pattern hunter. It's brilliant at spotting what it's been primed to find, and not so good at noticing the rest. In sessions, a lot of the work is pattern hunting together: when does it show up, what sets it off, and what is it trying to do for you?

What pattern would you like to catch in the act this week? One word is fine.

Most wellbeing apps ask how you'd like to feel. Calm? Focus? Sleep?

But "calm" is a destination, and it doesn't know where you're starting from. In my sessions, change tends to begin with noticing what's actually happening, not with a target.

So KLAI asks what's actually going on: the pitch at 3, the bad night, the opening line you keep getting wrong. Then it builds a short session around that, in my voice, shaped by 1,000+ hours of one-to-one work.

It supports the work. It doesn't replace a human.

If you opened it right now, what would you type first? One word.

In over 1,000 sessions, I've heard "I think I have imposter syndrome" from CEOs, founders and people in their

Different titles. Same sentence.

And almost every time, the person saying it is good at what they do. That's what makes it so confusing.

Here's what I've noticed: the label doesn't help much. It describes who you are, and that feels fixed.

A pattern is different. It has a trigger, a response, and a job it's doing for you, one that probably made sense once. You can work with that.

Swipe through, then try the three questions next time it shows up.

Which label have you been carrying around? 👇

Do you ever create just for yourself?

I’ve been thinking a lot about how much of what we create is driven by the need for an audience. But some of the most meaningful things I’ve ever made—music, stories, even a novel—were never meant to be shared.

For me, creativity is therapy. It’s about exploring my thoughts, processing emotions, and having a playful conversation with myself. It’s not about being perfect or impressive; it’s about being honest.

I read Invisible Cities by Italo Calvino years ago, and one story inspired me to write an entire novel—one I’ve never shown to anyone. And maybe I never will. Because sometimes the value of creating lies in the process, not the outcome.

So here’s my question for you: What’s something you’ve created that’s just for you? Something that exists simply because it felt good to make it?

Let’s talk about the beauty of creating for ourselves. I’d love to hear your thoughts.

In a world obsessed with sharing, what happens when we create just for ourselves? Creativity isn’t always about impressing others or gaining validation—it ca...
