A little context for our illness policy 🤍

We don’t mean that every sniffle means you have to miss Pilates! We’re asking you to make a thoughtful decision about how you feel and the people sharing the studio with you.

Do you think you might still be contagious? Are you over the worst of it, with just a lingering cough or a head cold? Do you feel strong enough to move comfortably, or does your body need a little more rest?

A lingering symptom doesn’t automatically answer those questions, so please consider the whole picture, including anyone around you who may be more vulnerable to illness.

We love seeing you and supporting your consistency, but our teachers can’t assess your symptoms or make the attendance decision for you. That call is yours, with care for yourself and those around you.

If you feel well enough and believe you can attend without putting others at risk, we’ll be happy to see you. If you need more time, give yourself permission to rest 😊

If you decide to stay home, please cancel your booking as soon as possible. Our usual 24-hour cancellation policy still applies, including cancellations due to illness. Thank you for understanding 🤍
