✨ MEET TRACY ✨

We’re so happy to welcome Tracy Goma to the SW4 Pilates team!

Tracy will be joining us Thursday evenings for Private sessions, as well as popping up for occasional class cover, so hopefully you’ll get to meet and move with her very soon.

Tracy is a fully qualified Pilates instructor with four years of experience teaching both private and group sessions. She recently completed her Comprehensive Classical Pilates training with Equinox, deepening her knowledge and love of the original Pilates system.

She’s passionate about purposeful, mindful movement and helping clients develop strength, control, alignment and a greater connection to their bodies.

With additional training in injuries and active rehabilitation, Tracy has a particular interest in posture and alignment, thoughtfully adapting the work to each individual and what their body needs.

In Tracy’s words:

“For me, Pilates is about more than just exercise, it’s about developing a stronger, more connected and capable body through intelligent and intentional movement.”
