I’m delighted to be returning to Rock Oyster Festival 2026, an event that brings together food, music, community, wellbeing, and creativity in such a unique way.
What I particularly love about Rock Oyster is the opportunity to explore different approaches to health and wellbeing in one inspiring space, while connecting with people who are curious about living well.
This year, I’ll be sharing two sessions focused on simple yet powerful practices that can support everyday wellbeing:
✨ Breathwork Session
✨ Ayurvedic Self-Massage Workshop
Whether you’re completely new to these practices or looking to deepen your self-care toolkit, these sessions are designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and experience a little more ease and balance.

There is something special about learning and practising together, away from the usual pace of daily life. A chance to pause, breathe, reconnect with your body, and perhaps take home a few simple tools that continue supporting you long after the festival ends.
