Adding Lomilomi to my skillset has been a joy. I trained in reflexology nearly 10 years ago and whilst my practice was sporadic over the years it was in the last few years that I realised that bodywork is not just a job, it’s where my peace lies. It’s what makes sense to me. Building my practice has been slow but a rewarding journey.

Extending my offering into various modalities- such as reiki and other forms of energy healing I found that I was missing a full body treatment to complement my passion for holistic therapies. I was directed to Lomilomi.

I chose to train in Lomilomi because it aligned so beautiful in both physical and esoteric practice l. LomiLomi is a journey, it creates a wonderful cocoon of relaxation for the client whilst your body is physically brought back into alignment. There’s nothing forceful about this massage it is a gentler approach to remind your body how to flow harmoniously.

Essentially it’s 90 minutes of bliss.

Researchers studying mental time travel have discovered something fascinating. When you write about your future goals as if they already happened, the brain activates the same neural networks used for recalling real memories. This process strengthens belief, confidence and emotional alignment with the desired outcome. The subconscious mind struggles to separate vividly imagined past tense events from actual experiences, which is why this technique influences behavior and motivation so strongly.

This method works because the brain relies on memory based prediction.
