October Sound Baths 🍂

We are in our Autumn now and how beautiful it has been so far here in London. And yes, finally it rains a little bit too. 😊

As the nights are becoming darker and we naturally start going a little more inwards, hopefully you can make some time for yourself and join us for one of our beautiful Sound Baths this month.

We have for you 3 special sessions in October.

🌑 8 October | New Moon Sound Bath

7:30 pm • Tooting Broadway • 75 min
This session is a reminder of the seeds growing after our actions and intentions. Sometimes we don't see the results straight away, but it doesn't mean that nothing is happening underneath.
We are stepping into this New Moon cycle with gratitude, allowing ourselves to take a moment of rest and giving some space to what we are manifesting and creating.

🌿 22 October | Shamanic Elements Sound Bath

7:30 pm • Tooting Broadway • 75 min
A beautifully balancing session working with the Elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether, helping us reconnect with nature, our bodies and all that we are made of.
Through sound, healing and the energy of the elements, we will create space to come back into balance.

For both Tooting sessions, please bring your mat and blanket.

💛 25 October | De-stress, Recharge & Relax

7:15 pm • Streatham • 60 min
Our last Sunday of the month Sound Bath.
This session is for you to fill your cup. To take a moment for yourself, rest, recharge and start the next month from a more balanced space.
Everything is ready here for you. You simply need to come. 💛

I truly would love to invite you to take a moment for yourself this October.

Let the sounds cleanse your energy, feed your heart and soul, and allow the healing that travels through these sessions to hold you for a while.

Check the link in bio or DM me to book.💥

Hope to see you in one of our gatherings. xx
With love,
Anna 💛

Are we becoming creatures of comfort?

I've been thinking about this lately.

We live in a world where so much discomfort can be removed almost instantly.

We can order food without leaving the house. Work from the sofa. Take the lift. Fill every quiet moment with our phones. Avoid difficult conversations with a message. Stay with what feels familiar and what we already know.

And there is nothing wrong with comfort.

We need comfort. We need rest. We need safety.

But when does comfort stop supporting us and start limiting us?

If we continually organise our lives around avoiding discomfort, does our capacity to meet life become smaller too?

People start to feel like too much.
Noise feels like too much.
Change feels overwhelming.
Waiting becomes frustrating.
Being challenged feels threatening.
An uncomfortable emotion appears and we immediately want it gone.

Not because we're weak.

Perhaps because capacity is also something we build.

If I never allow myself to be uncomfortable, how do I discover that I can handle discomfort?

If I never step into the unfamiliar, how do I discover another part of myself?

There is a difference between something being unsafe and something simply being uncomfortable, unfamiliar or challenging.

Growth often carries a little discomfort.

Starting something new. Going somewhere alone. Moving your body when you'd rather stay on the sofa. Having the conversation you've been avoiding. Trying something you're not immediately good at. Putting the phone away and allowing yourself to be bored.

And perhaps through those moments we don't only build resilience.

We meet more of ourselves.

We discover:

I can do this.
I can be here.
I can feel this.
I can try.

So perhaps the question isn't whether comfort is good or bad.

Maybe it's:

Where does comfort genuinely nourish you, and where has it quietly started making your world smaller?

Something to sit with today. 💛

Did you know we have regular Sound Baths in Tooting? 💛

We meet twice a month on Thursday evenings at 7:30 pm, and these sessions have become such a beautiful space for us to explore Sound Healing a little more deeply.

No two evenings are exactly the same.

Throughout the year we journey through different themes and energies. We work with New and Full Moons, Chakra Balancing, Shamanic journeys, seasonal energies, meditation, energy healing and so much more.

And of course, there is always sound. 😊

Gong, Crystal Singing Bowls, Shamanic Drum, voice and other instruments come together to create a space where you can lie down, receive and allow yourself to step away from everyday life for a while.

Some sessions are deeply relaxing.

Others may take you on more of an inner journey, bringing emotions, insights, images or something you simply needed to reconnect with.

Each gathering has its own energy and intention, and I love allowing enough space to work with what is actually present in the room.

You don't need to have experience with meditation, energy work or Sound Healing.

Come as you are.

You can join us once, come for the themes that call you, or make these evenings part of how you regularly look after yourself.

Our Tooting sessions are usually 75–90 minutes, giving us time not only for sound, but also for the healing journey around it.

📍 Tooting Broadway
🕢 Thursdays at 7:30 pm

✨ Everything you need for the session is provided

If you've been wondering what we do behind those doors, perhaps it's time to come and experience it for yourself. 😊

See you there 💛

We are back in Streatham! 💛

And I’m really happy to be bringing our monthly Sound Baths to this beautiful space near Streatham Common Alchemy Space | Yoga & Pilates Streatham

These sessions are here for one simple reason:

To give you one hour just for YOU.

At the end of each month, we’ll meet to step away from the busyness, lie down, breathe a little deeper and allow the sounds of the Gong, Shamanic Drum and other instruments to help us relax, de-stress and recharge.

No big agenda.

Nothing you need to achieve.

Just a space where you can stop, receive and give your body and mind some time to settle.

Especially with the pace of life in London, I really believe we need to schedule our rest, rather than waiting until we're completely exhausted to finally give ourselves permission to stop.

And here, everything is ready for you.

✨ Mats and blankets provided
✨ Intimate group — maximum 15 people
✨ Free parking available
✨ Near Streatham Common Station

Upcoming Sundays:

💛 27th September
💛 25th October
💛 29th November

7:15 pm | 60 minutes

Come as you are and let us take care of the rest. 😊

Booking through the link in bio, or DM me if you have any questions.

I’m excited to create this new monthly resting space for us in Streatham. 💛

“I feel great and slept very well. I feel energised and calm.” 💛

This was a message I received from a client two days after her Reiki session, when I checked in to see how she was feeling.

Reiki was actually the first healing modality I learned on my own journey.

And after all these years, and after learning many other modalities, it is still very much part of my work.

I love modalities that are simple and powerful.

Our lives are already complicated enough.

We have technology, phones, information, work, responsibilities, relationships, noise and constant stimulation — especially when living and working in a busy city like London.

Sometimes we don't need another thing to analyse, understand or achieve, we need somewhere to stop and receive.

And this is the space Reiki creates for me.
You come in.
You lie down.
You don't need to perform or work anything out.
You simply give yourself that time.

Some people deeply relax or fall asleep. Some notice emotions, sensations, memories or images coming through. Sometimes emotions we've been carrying finally have enough quiet and space to be felt and processed.

And sometimes you simply have a beautiful rest.

But Reiki is also more than lying down and resting.

From the Reiki perspective, we work with life-force energy, supporting the flow and balance of energy — or chi — through the system.

So while you're resting, you're also receiving energy work.

And I think this combination is what makes Reiki such a beautiful modality for the lives many of us live today.

You can walk, watch TV, listen to music or spend an evening on the sofa — and all of those can absolutely be forms of rest.

Reiki simply offers a different kind of resting space.

A space intentionally created for you to stop, receive, reconnect and allow some of what you've been carrying to settle.

And when we give ourselves that kind of space regularly, we may notice that we feel calmer, more centred and present, less tense or reactive, and simply more able to meet our lives from a fuller place.

If you've never experienced Reiki, try it.
You can book with myself- just DM or find someone else you resonate with.

Don't underestimate the power of Reiki

September at Tune Within 💛

Three gatherings. Three slightly different spaces to pause, reconnect and give something back to yourself.

🌑 10th September — New Moon Sound Bath
7:30 pm | Tooting Broadway | 75 minutes

With the New Moon, we’ll take some time to acknowledge our own growth and the things we are already nurturing in our lives.

Sometimes we plant a seed and become impatient when we can't yet see anything happening.

But just because we can't see the growth doesn't mean the seed isn't growing. 🌱

It needs time. The right conditions. Nourishment. And perhaps a little trust.

We'll work with intention and manifestation before allowing ourselves to lie down, receive and journey through sound.

🍂 24th September — Autumn Equinox Sound Bath
7:30 pm | Tooting Broadway | 90 minutes

A beautiful 90-minute journey honouring balance and the changing season.

A moment to reconnect with nature, acknowledge the cycle we're moving through and allow ourselves to adjust alongside it — celebrating what has grown while gently preparing for the season ahead.

✨ 27th September — Relax & Recharge Sound Bath
7:15 pm | Streatham Common | 60 minutes

And finally, one hour at the end of the month with no big agenda.

Just time to lie down, breathe, receive the sounds and fill your own cup.

A little nourishment for your body, mind and spirit, so you can step into October feeling more rested, lighter and with a little more energy for whatever comes next.

Three opportunities this September to make some space for YOU.

Booking through the link in bio, or DM me if you have any questions.

Looking forward to welcoming you. 💛
