Blood tests, AI summaries, Google searches and wearable data can all be useful.
But they don’t automatically tell you what matters most.
A blood test is a snapshot of your physiology at one point in time.
That snapshot still needs context.
What’s changed recently?
What symptoms are you experiencing?
What’s your health history?
What have you already tried?
What’s your stress load like?
Are the markers changing over time?
Do they connect with each other?
You can interpret the same blood test in different ways depending on what you’re looking at first.
AI can also give different interpretations of the same test depending on the prompt, the information included and which markers it focuses on.
The interpretation still needs joining up.
That’s how information starts to become progress.
