Our Candlelit Sound Bath has moved to Thursday evenings at 7.15pm every month - the first is this coming Thursday 17th with Serafina Rose ~ Huminga Breathwork and is included in class packs and memberships. Come along, sink in and calm down ✨

We LOVED our Friday night charity class last month and have decided to make this a more regular feature! This month’s charity is close to Sam’s heart. Her niece Remi was born with a rare genetic condition called 1p36. It’s so rare that not much is known or understood about it, and as you can imagine this can feel overwhelming to the family as they learn how best to support and care for their child.

On Friday 2nd October join Sam and Felicity for an extended 90 minute class

Sam will bring the energy for her 45 minute Strength session! Felicity will then take over for 45 minutes of Yin Yoga leading into Yoga Nidra for deep and nourishing relaxation. The perfect Friday night really.

We are so delighted that the gorgeous Serafina Rose ~ Huminga Breathwork has joined the move family full time ✨ Serafina is a wonderful teacher and facilitator and she has taken over our beloved Slow Yoga & Sound session, now on Thursdays at 7.15pm ✨ this class will become our Candlelit Sound Bath once per month, next one on 17th September ✨

What to expect? Our Slow classes will ground and replenish you while still bringing you all those sweet sensations of stretch we know and love so much. Poses will be held for longer with a deep focus on the breath, to allow the body to gently release and loosen up that fascia to keep you free in body and mind. Our Slow Yoga & Sound session will include a longer savasana with a delicious mini sound bath to soothe and nourish your being.

We have TWO gorgeous offerings for your littles coming up in September with the wonderful Suzie of Suzie, Embodiment Coach 💛

On Tuesday 1st September we have a 5 week BABY YOGI course starting. This is a baby yoga focused class to enjoy learning ways that help your babies developmental milestones. For babies there will be movements, holds, stretches, swings, lifts and sounds. For mums to help bodies with healing post birth is gentle fascia release and pelvic support movement, with a tension release shoulder massage from Suzie to finish.

On Saturday 5th September we have a a workshop especially for Dads. Learn baby massage, moves, holds and swings! Help babies optimal development through play and learn skills you can use at home. Dads receive a tension release shoulder massage to finish and get to hang out with others to share experiences.

We are SO sad to announce that our beloved Heidi Heidi | Sound Baths, womens circles, embodiment, & retreats! will be leaving the studio teaching team this month to pursue her independent offerings 💔 Heidi has been with us for so many years and we will miss her dearly, but we are thrilled that her independent ventures are proving so fruitful and we wish her every possible success. If you want to come and say goodbye, catch her in the studio on Sunday 2nd and 9th of August for a fond farewell 🫶🏽
