🔥 SIX DAYS. ONE INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE. CHALLENGED, INSPIRED, PUSHED BEYOND OUR COMFORT ZONES — AND SO MUCH LEARNT. 🔥

What a week!

Six incredible days immersed in Human Garage, learning hands-on alongside the founders, being challenged in ways I didn’t expect and discovering even more about this extraordinary modality.

We weren’t just there to learn.

We were part of it.

For six days we trained, practised, learnt, challenged ourselves and supported one another — and then we all came together to help bring the incredible Human Garage event to life.

From setting up, assisting throughout the event, working hands on with people and experiencing the incredible energy in the room, to staying behind and taking everything down afterwards… we were part of the whole journey.

And WOW… what an event. 🔥

Without doubt, one of the best Human Garage events I have ever experienced.

But perhaps what inspired me most over these six days was seeing the founders up close. Their authenticity, passion and absolute belief in what they have created is infectious.

They have created something incredibly special , a self-healing and self-believing modality that gives people the tools to reconnect with their bodies, release what they are holding onto and, perhaps most importantly, start believing in their own ability to heal and change.

To be behind the scenes, learning from the founders, assisting at the event and witnessing the incredible impact of Human Garage was truly something special.

I came to Arizona to learn more.

I left feeling even more passionate, inspired and excited about what this work can do in the world.

Feeling incredibly grateful to have been part of it.

And this is only the beginning… ❤️‍🔥

This week in Gozo reminded me that sometimes the greatest reset isn’t found in doing more, but in returning to the simple things.

✨ Early morning Fascial Maneuvers on an empty beach as the sun rose.
✨ Walking meditations in complete silence.
✨ Swimming in the crystal-clear sea before the world had woken up.
✨ Bare feet on warm sand, grounding and reconnecting with nature.
✨ Long, unhurried meals filled with delicious Mediterranean food.
✨ Deep, restorative sleep.
✨ Time to read.
✨ Time to laugh.
✨ Time with the people I love most.

When we slow down, our nervous system finally has permission to exhale.

Our bodies are designed to move, breathe, rest and connect. So often we search for the next wellness trend, when the foundations of health are already all around us.

This holiday has reminded me that true wellbeing isn’t about perfection. It’s about creating moments that nourish your body, calm your mind and bring you back to yourself.

I’m returning home feeling lighter, clearer and deeply grateful.

What is one simple ritual that helps you feel most like yourself?

Car Rally June 2026

London - La Camargue

Five days of incredible cars, winding roads, and one thing many drivers had in common… sore backs, tight shoulders, aching arms, and stiff necks.

🏎️✨

Driving some of these beautiful vintage cars isn’t like driving modern vehicles. A 1938 Bentley with no power-assisted steering demands strength, endurance, and constant upper body effort. Many of the classic cars on the rally were heavy to steer, leaving drivers feeling the effects after hours behind the wheel.

It was amazing to share some of the Human Garage Fascia Maneuvers® with fellow drivers and navigators. These simple, gentle movements helped release tension in the neck, shoulders, arms, back, and chest, restoring mobility and helping bodies recover from the physical demands of the rally.

The fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds every muscle, nerve, and organ—can become restricted through repetitive movements, gripping the steering wheel, and prolonged sitting. When we release the fascia, we often experience less pain, better movement, improved posture, and a greater sense of ease.

Sometimes just a few minutes of movement can make all the difference between finishing a rally feeling exhausted or feeling free.

Classic cars may not have power steering… but thankfully our bodies have the incredible ability to restore themselves with the right movement.

Have you ever finished a long drive feeling stiff and sore?

For 26 years, I knew that this rally would leave me stiff, sore and creaking by the end of each day!

Not anymore.

This year, after developing a regular fascia maneuver practice, I spent up to six hours a day driving and finished each stage without the back pain and stiffness I'd always considered part of the experience.

And what an experience it is.
Jeremy and Victors car rally from London to the Camargue is unlike any other.

Guided by cryptic clues, we navigated our way through Picardy, Champagne, Burgundy, the Vercors, Ardèche, Provence and finally the Camargue, discovering some of the finest roads France has to offer along the way. Mountain passes, dramatic gorges, sweeping bends and landscapes that constantly changed with every region.

I incorporated plenty of fascia Maneuvers along the routes to keep myself mobile and energised during the long hours behind the wheel. Those few minutes between driving sessions made a remarkable difference to how I felt at the end of each day.

Add exceptional food, carefully chosen wines and a group of fun, like-minded people, and it becomes far more than a car rally. It's an adventure that takes you from the north to the south of France, solving clues, sharing stories and discovering just how enjoyable long-distance driving can be when your body is working with you rather than against you.
Twenty-six years in, and I've finally found a way to enjoy every mile.

✨ What if the fastest way to heal wasn't doing more, but connecting more?

At the Berlin Life Summit, I had the opportunity to share Partnered Fascia Maneuvers with two incredible participants.

Watching people experience the power of this work firsthand is always amazing—because the results are often immediate.

Created by Human Garage, Partnered Fascia Maneuvers use gentle touch, movement, and intention to help release tension, restore mobility, and support the body's natural ability to self-heal.

When done with a partner, they can also create a deeper sense of connection, trust, and nervous system regulation.
So many of us carry stress, trauma, and compensation patterns in our fascia without even realizing it.

These simple yet powerful maneuvers help the body unwind, decompress, and return to a state of ease.

One of the most rewarding parts of the summit was hearing their heartfelt testimonial afterward and witnessing how quickly the body can respond when given the right support.

Imagine what could shift in your body if you spent just a few minutes each day releasing stored tension instead of pushing through it.
