🌈 ✨Family doesn’t come in just one form and there’s no single path to creating one.

Families are built through birth, adoption, surrogacy, fostering, partnership, friendship and chosen community. Some journeys are straightforward, while others take time, courage, and support. Every story is valid and everyone deserves to feel seen, respected and cared for.

This Pride Month, we celebrate LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples, parents, platonic co-parents, intended parents and chosen families everywhere. We believe in love without judgment, care without barriers and a future where everyone has equal access to the support and healthcare they need, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, relationship status, family formation pathway or background. 🤍

Everyone deserves the opportunity to build a family, define it in their own way, and belong exactly as they are.

Leading London IVF clinic with 30+ years of proven expertise. Personalised treatment plans, advanced genetic testing and great success rates.

Did you know that “PCOS” doesn’t actually describe the condition accurately? 👀

The term Polycystic O***y Syndrome is being updated to PMOS: Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome, a name that better reflects what patients experience every day.

Because PMOS isn’t just about the ovaries. It’s a complex hormonal and metabolic condition that can affect:
✨ Ovulation and fertility
✨ Insulin resistance
✨ Weight management
✨ Energy levels and fatigue
✨ Long-term heart and metabolic health

At CRGH, we support the shift to PMOS because clearer language improves understanding, diagnosis and care. While the science evolves, our priority stays the same: helping patients feel informed, supported and connected. We’ll use both PMOS and PCOS to keep conversations accurate, accessible and familiar for our patients.

Read our Fertility Consultant and Senior Medical Director, Dr Wael Saab’s latest blog to learn what the PMOS name change means for fertility treatment and long-term wellbeing.

At CRGH, we’re seeing more men take a thoughtful, proactive approach to their future, with s***m freezing demand rising by around 30% year-on-year.

💬Dr Wael Saab, our Senior Medical Director, explains recently featured in an article in the Daily Mail and shared: "Men should strongly consider freezing their s***m while still in their prime. For too long, the conversation around fertility and ageing was almost exclusively female. The science is now firmly challenging that. A growing body of medical evidence has established that paternal age has a real and measurable impact on both s***m quality and fertility outcomes. The message is becoming harder to ignore: men should not wait."

There are many reasons men choose to freeze their s***m, from delaying parenthood to medical treatment or career demands. What matters most is having the right information early enough to make an informed choice.

The reassuring news is that frozen s***m does not age and can be safely stored for decades. Planning ahead isn’t overthinking, it’s being prepared. Start the conversation sooner.
