Delayed-onset nodules cannot be managed safely through protocol alone.

On 16 September, Mr James Olding will lead CPD webinar, exclusively for Interface Level 7 delegates.

This evidence-led session will examine the classification, diagnosis and management of nodules following injectable treatment — including the distinction between early- and delayed-onset presentations, differences across product types and the importance of constructing an appropriate differential diagnosis.

Delegates will also critically examine the strength of the evidence behind current management approaches, alongside essential documentation and reporting responsibilities.

The session provides one hour of participatory CPD and is mapped to GDC, NMC and GMC frameworks.

Completion will include attendance, a post-session assessment and reflective feedback.

The aesthetics industry is evolving — and so are our patients. 👀

Clinical confidence is built through exposure, not observation alone.

For many of our delegates, the goal of undertaking the Level 7 Diploma is to develop the skills, clinical judgement and confidence to practise safely and independently.

And one of the most rewarding parts for us is witnessing that progression first-hand.

From their very first training day, through hands-on mentorship and exposure to different patients, treatment plans and clinical approaches, we see our delegates develop with every stage of the programme — right through to successfully completing their final OSCE clinical assessment.

For Level 7 delegate Amelia, that hands-on experience has been a defining part of her journey.

Because confidence doesn’t come from theory alone. It comes from assessing real patients, making treatment decisions, refining technique and learning under the guidance of experienced trainers.

This is what Level 7 progression should look like: structured education, extensive clinical exposure and supervised practice — building towards safe, confident independent practice.

Because mentorship is not simply about performing more treatments. It is about learning how to manage clinical practice as a whole.

During a Level 7 mentorship day at Interface Aesthetics, delegates work through the realities of a busy clinical schedule with direct trainer guidance.

In this session, Dr Jaisyn Patel takes a delegate through multiple toxin and dermal filler cases, using both needle and cannula techniques across different facial areas.

But the learning extends beyond the procedure itself.

Consultation, clinical photography, treatment planning, treatment delivery, documentation and feedback all form part of the day — reflecting the full patient journey and the decisions required at each stage.

This one-to-one mentorship setting allows techniques to be refined in context, while developing the clinical judgement, organisation and confidence required in day-to-day aesthetic practice.

Not every nasal profile is suitable for non-surgical rhinoplasty.

In non-surgical rhinoplasty, patient selection is one of the most important clinical decisions.

When concerns involve the septum, significant deviation or transverse positioning, the question is not whether filler can create visual change.

It is whether non-surgical treatment is clinically appropriate.

Non-surgical rhinoplasty is a purely aesthetic treatment.

It does not correct structural pathology.
It does not replace surgical judgement.

Advanced practice requires assessment, anatomical understanding, risk recognition and the confidence to refer when surgery is the safer route.
