How do I know if my hair follicles are dormant or dead?
Most patients who come in worried their hair is "gone" still have viable follicles.

The follicles you assume are dead usually aren't. They're dormant. Producing weaker, thinner, shorter hair or no visible hair at all. But biologically, they're still there. And with the right treatment plan, most can be reactivated.

The critical part: timing.

The earlier we intervene, the more follicles are still viable. The longer you wait, the more of them cross from dormant to genuinely lost.
