We have a co-working space and organic cafe adjoining our studio on Allen Road, and offer workshops, therapies and private classes too! Yogahome is a registered charity (reg no. 1119260) and our proceeds provide free yoga classes and therapeutic massage to schools and disadvantaged groups in Hackney. We are a community studio and the doors to our leafy oasis are open to everyone.

Come celebrate the Summer Solstice with Alessandra and allow the Gongs to work their magic and stoke your inner fire so that you can burn brighter and stronger for the forthcoming weeks of summer.

All you need do is turn up and lie down, and be bathed in the sounds and vibrations of the gong, a sacred instrument that has been used for thousands of years for the purpose of healing.

This month we're proud to introduce our new Community Yoga Class, taught by graduates of the Yogahome Teacher Training programme.

Designed to be welcoming and accessible to all, this 60-minute Open Level Flow offers an affordable way to practise yoga while supporting the next generation of teachers as they begin their teaching careers.

Whether you're completely new to yoga or a regular practitioner, this class is an opportunity to move, breathe and connect in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.

Join Sara Lawlor for a mandala vinyasa workshop to celebrate the Summer Solstice.

The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year – a moment when the sun reaches its peak and the world is bathed in light. It’s a time of fullness and vitality, when nature is expansive and alive. Across many traditions, the solstice has long been honoured as a celebration of life, connection, and the radiant power of the sun.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, summer is the most yang time of year, and is governed by the Fire element. Fire represents joy, love, creativity and authentic expression – the warmth that allows us to connect deeply with ourselves and others. It invites us to live with openness and to share what is true in our hearts.

In this immersive 2 hour workshop, you’ll explore the energetics of summer through guided meditation, breathwork, creative mandala vinyasa and nourishing yin. Your practice will tune into the heart and small intestine meridian pathways – the energetic channels of the Fire element – helping to cultivate joy, openness and emotional balance.

Summer is the season of fullness — long days, warmth, energy at its peak. It's also an invitation to turn that abundance inward.

Led by Gigi Pirozzi, this workshop uses pranayama, mantra, somatic movement and yoga nidra to attune to the season's energy and arrive properly in the body before stepping into summer. Expect breathwork designed to stoke your inner fire, a writing and reflection practice, and a deeply restorative close guided by Gigi with Himalayan singing bowls, gong and chimes.

Perfect for beginners, older adults, those returning to exercise, or anyone wanting to improve strength, mobility and balance, Foundations focuses on the fundamentals that help you move well for life.

With small class sizes and individual guidance throughout, Stephanie will help you progress safely at your own pace while building confidence and consistency.
