You may have heard certain foods or diets described as “anti-inflammatory”, but what does that actually mean, and what does the evidence tell us?

In this short clip, Arthritis Action's Dietitian Martin Lau explains why it can be more helpful to think about our overall eating pattern, rather than focusing on individual foods or nutrients as being “anti-inflammatory”.

📹 You can watch the full video now on YouTube: https://youtu.be/emjthT3cfb0

This clip is taken from Arthritis Fact Checked: Diet and Arthritis, where Martin Lau and Services Manager Marc Williams discuss common myths and misconceptions about diet and arthritis.

They look at what the evidence says about popular foods, supplements and eating patterns.
