Me talking about having surgery abroad isn't about judgment – it's about keeping you safe. I've seen firsthand what can go wrong, and I care too much about the topic, not to say something.

I've sat with women who've returned from surgery overseas confused about what was actually done, unable to reach their surgical team, and managing complications that could have been avoided. It's not good enough. So before you book that flight, please make sure these are in place:

🩺 Full pre- and post-op assessments with qualified professionals
📖 Clear, honest information about your procedure with no surprises
🚫 No 'stacking' of multiple surgeries in one sitting
👨‍⚕️ A skilled, reputable surgical team you can actually speak to
✈️ Time to recover before flying. Blood clots are a very real risk
🆘 Access to proper aftercare if anything goes wrong

Can we talk about sports bras for a minute? 💜

I know it might not be the most glamorous topic but it's one I feel strongly about. The right sports bra really does make a difference, not just for comfort during exercise, but for long-term breast health too.

Here's why it matters:

1️⃣ Support – Exercise without proper support can cause real discomfort and over time, strain on breast tissue. A well-fitted sports bra minimises bounce and protects you during every workout.

2️⃣ Performance – When you're comfortable and supported, you can actually focus on what you're doing. No distractions, just movement 🌸

3️⃣ Confidence – Feeling held and supported changes how you move and how you feel. That matters just as much as the workout itself 💜

4️⃣ Breast health – Repetitive movement without adequate support can affect breast tissue over time. Something worth thinking about, whatever your size.
