Our team has swapped blue for pink today! 💗

We’re proud to back Breast Cancer Now’s to raise awareness of breast cancer, and our carers and office team have really gone for it this year, from bobble hats to bright pink tees.

While you’re here, can we ask one thing?
Take a moment to check yourself. Get to know what’s normal for you, and if you notice a lump, a bump or any change, speak to your GP. Finding it early can make a huge difference to treatment and outcomes.

Happy 86th birthday, Pat! 👑🎂

Our team walked in singing Happy Birthday this morning, and Pat joined right in. She was so happy and so grateful, and it made our day too. Of course, Pat wore her birthday crown so everyone knew she was queen for the day!

Moments like this are what care at home is all about. Wishing you the happiest of birthdays, Pat, from all of us at Premier Community.

Keeley’s love of care started as a little girl, baking cakes with the carers at her great-grandmother’s care home 🍰

Today, she’s a Team Leader in our Swadlincote team. She runs rotas, sets up new care packages, supports her carers and still covers calls herself when she’s needed.

“I’ve always had a passion for helping others and making a positive difference in people’s lives.”

Her advice for anyone starting out? “Treat everyone how you would want your own family to be treated.”
