Today’s Flowers on this Friday 🧚‍♀️makes me all happy inside, as they are a timely reminder that Lionsgate is on the horizon 🦁💫

Seeing these lilies by the Holy Well of St Piran, the patron saint of Cornwall, one if the ancient wells in this area 💦

I love spending time here watching the flow of water with what feels well tended and revered.

Another reason to stop is to admire the beehive shaped wellhead, that has stood the test of time, made with a granite cap that stands out from the rest of the wellhead.

The Crocosmia along the pathway to St Nectans Glen delights me even further, not only had I just shared in the most magical co- creation with an incredible group of Swedish SiStars including Anna Indra Larsson and Lena SheKiNa Rose 🇸🇪
We blossomed with so much joy, presence and water - love- alchemy.

Such a beautiful life, with the water flows,

There is excitement in the air, as we return to Avalon- Glastonbury tomorrow!

We are so looking forward to meeting the sisters and spiritual family in the Assembly Rooms for the Tuesday Fair with the whole water collection, that started here with the red and the white spring. Doors open at 10.

Whilst here last time, there’s always a window to go and share the water love and gratitude with these sacred flows 💧🤍❤️

This will also be the first event where the deep and vast energy of Sedna’s Whale Song 🌊🐋🎶
Can be experienced 💧

From the star garden today … 19th July 2026 🌌

Such an exciting day with a rare outer planet alignment tonight, as they each move to four degrees in different signs - creating a near exact geometric relationship- that looks like shape of a basket (Barbault).

Jupiter in Leo, Pluto in Aquarius, Uranus in Gemini and Neptune in Aries.

I will be looking at the night sky tonight to see if I can see this with my own eyes, as my Soul has been excited for this.

Just like this vibrant flower, from our Mums garden, which decided to come into flower after a magical seven years and a lot of heat from our sun recently ☀️

Phoenix creates an invitation to extend your own wings and rise above fear with greater awareness, reborn into the new, from the ashes of the old.

From within, we are bee - ing exceptional as we move into an extraordinary chapter together here on our blessed planet 🌐

Sedna’s medicine for us is that she guides us with love through disorder, to open our consciousness deeper and wider, as we become inspired to embrace change and ways of being as we emerge from the new era cocoon, as the outer planets align this week.

So happy she is here 🙏🐋🎶🌊💫
