Getting to know our residents a little better at Roseleigh Care Home! 💚

Yesterday, we spent some quality time getting to know our wonderful residents by asking them fun questions and learning more about their lives, interests, and memories. It's always a joy to hear their stories and celebrate what makes each person unique.

In the afternoon, everyone enjoyed another fantastic fitness session with Ben, keeping active, having fun, and encouraging one another along the way. 💪😊

Every day at Roseleigh is about creating meaningful moments, building friendships, and supporting health and wellbeing.

We kicked off Friday with another fantastic fitness session led by Ben, and it was great to see so many residents getting involved ❤️

Everyone put in a brilliant effort, enjoying a morning of movement, laughter and keeping active together 😊

Recently at Roseleigh Care Home! ☀️💦

We've been making the most of the sunshine with a fantastic garden pool party! 🌴

Residents, staff, family and friends all came together to enjoy the warm weather, great company and plenty of summer fun ❤️

We've also been keeping the friendly competition going with card games and a few games of pool, with everyone getting involved and having a great time ♠️🎱

The sprinkler was out to help everyone cool off, bringing plenty of laughter, smiles and a refreshing way to enjoy the warm weather 💦😊

This week at Roseleigh Care Home!

We've had a lovely week full of creativity, music and fun ❤️

One morning, residents enjoyed a relaxing mindful colouring session, spending time chatting and getting creative 🎨

On another day, we couldn't resist stopping for an impromptu dance party when YMCA and ABBA came on – and before we knew it, everyone was singing along and having a boogie 🎶

We've also enjoyed afternoons filled with music, sensory puzzles, singing and dancing, keeping minds active and spirits high 😊

We’ve had a lovely, creative time making pictures and enjoying some relaxing colouring together 🎨

With the warmer weather, residents and staff also enjoyed a refreshing choc ice treat, perfect for a sunny day 🍦☀️

We also had some friendly competition with strategic games of chess between residents and staff ♟️
