To top off the day, residents were treated to a Chinese takeaway for tea, which went down a storm 🍜🥡

Yesterday was packed full of fun activities here at Longlands Care Home 😊

We enjoyed a lively game of bingo, tested our knowledge with a quiz, took part in an exercise class with Ben and finished off with a card game 🎱🧠💪♠️

We recently celebrated Ken’s 90th birthday with a wonderful party surrounded by friends! 🎂

We’ve also been making the most of the lovely weather with a fun day in the garden, enjoying sunshine, ice pops and plenty of smiles ☀️🍦

This morning we enjoyed some flower painting using cotton buds, helping residents practise their fine motor skills while getting creative 🎨🌸

Later in the day, we headed out for a shopping trip, which everyone really enjoyed 🛍️
