I offer aesthetic treatments, emotional support and light criminal activity. Yet nobody ever books the extras.

My optional extras include:

• Running your ex over with my car 🚗
• Letting you use my accounts to stalk someone who has absolutely NO business still being on your radar.
• Providing an alibi. No questions asked. (Actually, several questions asked. I need to get the story straight.)
• Planting DNA evidence. Because apparently “he’s a walking red flag” isn’t enough for the police.

And yet… NOT ONE OF YOU HAS BOOKED THEM.

I spend all this time developing my service offering and this is the thanks I get.

Honestly, the lack of appreciation for my entrepreneurial spirit is heartbreaking.

BUT HERE’S WHAT I ACTUALLY DO OFFER:

• Professional treatments tailored to you.
• Honest advice, even when the answer isn’t what you wanted to hear.
• A safe space to talk about absolutely anything.

“I want my lips to look prettier… but I really don’t want filler.”

If you’ve ever thought this, I want you to know something.

You’re not the only one.

Because when we talk about lips, often the conversation goes straight to volume.
Fuller lips. More projection.

And whilst there’s absolutely nothing wrong with choosing filler, I speak to women who want something a little different.

They don’t necessarily want bigger lips.

They want their lips to look like 'their lips'… just with a little more colour, definition and life.

Maybe your natural lip colour has faded over the years.
Perhaps you spend ages applying lip liner, trying to create a shape that looks even, only for it to smudge after your morning coffee.
Or maybe you’ve always felt that your lips lack definition, but the thought of having filler makes you nervous.

So you put the idea to the back of your mind.
And carry on reaching for your lipstick every morning.

But what if adding definition to your lips didn’t have to mean adding volume?

This is where lip blush may be worth exploring.

Lip blush is a form of cosmetic tattooing that deposits pigment into the lips to enhance their colour and define their appearance.

It isn't about giving you dramatically bigger lips.
It's about working with the shape you already have.

Imagine waking up and feeling that your lips have more colour, even before you've reached for your makeup bag.

Imagine spending less time trying to perfect your lip liner.
Or wearing a simple layer of balm and feeling comfortable with how your lips look.

For some women, it's those small, everyday moments that make the difference.

Things I do NOT want people saying after your appointment:

“Wow, she’s had loads of filler.”
“Who did your lips?”
“Have you had your face done?”
“Bloody hell.”

Things I DO want them saying:

“You look amazing.”
“Have you been away?”
“Have you lost weight?”
“Did you change your hair?”
“You look really rested.”

Basically, I want to gaslight your friends.
Professionally.
Ethically.
With excellent clinical judgement.

Because my favourite aesthetic results have a little mystery to them.

People can see something has changed.
They just can’t work out what.

Your face looks fresher.
More balanced.
Maybe softer.
Maybe stronger in the right places.

But you still look unmistakably like yourself.

That last part matters to me.

I don’t think aesthetics should have a 'signature' look where everyone leaving the clinic appears to be from the same extremely glamorous family.

I don’t want MY lips on you.
Or MY preferred cheekbones.
Or whatever facial shape Instagram has collectively decided is attractive this month 🙄

I want to work with what you have.

Because there are treatments that look incredible in isolation and completely ridiculous when they don’t suit the person wearing them.

A technically perfect lip can still be the wrong lip.
A beautifully projected chin can still be unnecessary.

More isn’t automatically better.
Visible isn’t automatically valuable.
And “getting your money’s worth” does not mean we need to use every molecule of product simply because it exists!

Sometimes tiny adjustments create enormous visual changes.
That’s the fun part.

A millimetre here.
Support there.
Nothing there.
Absolutely not there.

And suddenly everything works better together

So if you want your aesthetic treatments to be immediately identifiable from approximately 40 metres away…

I respect your commitment.

Have you ever looked in the mirror, applied your lip liner for the hundredth time, and wished your lips had just a little more shape or definition?

Perhaps you’ve thought about lip filler for months, saved a few before-and-after photos, and imagined what a subtle change might look like on you.

But then the doubts creep in.

“What if they look too big?”
“What if they don’t suit my face?”
“What if I don’t look like me anymore?”

And so you put the idea off again.

The truth is, wanting to enhance your lips doesn’t mean you want to change who you are. Sometimes, you simply want a little more definition, a touch of fullness or a shape that feels more in keeping with how you see yourself.

That’s why every lip enhancement should start with **your features, your concerns and your goals** — never a one-size-fits-all approach.

Take a look at this before and after. The aim is to enhance the lips while considering the balance of the face and the individual's natural features.

“Can we just add a tiny bit more?”

Ah......
The most financially dangerous sentence in aesthetics.

Because “a tiny bit more” is how we end up six appointments deep, staring at a face that’s had more extensions than Heathrow Terminal 5.

Sometimes a client sits in my chair and starts pointing

“Maybe a bit more cheek here…”
“Could we add some chin?”
“I feel like my jaw needs something.”
“And maybe just 0.5 in the lips?”

Meanwhile I’m sat there thinking:

Do you know what you need today?
Your handbag.
Because we’re done.
You’re going home.

And THIS is where I think aesthetics gets uncomfortable.

Because saying yes makes money.
Saying no makes absolutely sod all.

Nobody has ever paid me £300 for saying:
“Actually, I think your face looks lovely and I wouldn’t treat anything today.”

Terrible business model, really.
My accountant is probably somewhere screaming into a calculator.

But if I genuinely don’t think you need another treatment, I’m not going to invent an insecurity just because I’ve got a cancellation at 2:30.

Imagine going to the dentist:

“Your teeth are completely healthy.”
“Oh brilliant.”
“Yeah… bit awkward though because I was hoping to invoice you. Shall we remove three?”

Errrm How about NO!

And sometimes the best aesthetic treatment genuinely is:
nothing.

Not another syringe.
Not another package.
Not a mysterious “facial balancing journey” consisting of seventeen appointments and a direct debit.

Nothing.

Because there comes a point where you’re no longer enhancing features.
You’re just moving filler around like furniture because you’ve forgotten what the living room looked like originally.

And if your practitioner can’t ever say no to you?

That would worry me far more than hearing:
“I don’t think you need anything today.”

And in the after?

Ring light
Full glam
Head tilted up
Hair down
Fresh tan
Lip gloss
Smiling
Possibly a light breeze

Jesus, did you inject her…

Because aesthetics before-and-afters are getting OUT OF HAND!

WHERE CAN I ORDER IT?

And don’t even get me started on facial expressions
My favourite is lip filler

Before: dry lips, zero makeup, neutral expression

After: liner 3mm outside the vermilion border, concealer underneath, gloss reflecting enough light to guide aircraft into Heathrow

“Can you BELIEVE the difference?”

No.
Because I literally cannot SEE the difference.
There’s a branch of Sephora covering it!

And yes, photographs will never be perfectly identical

We’re human
Lighting changes
People move

But if your results only look incredible when the before is deliberately tragic and the after has been directed by Steven Spielberg…
perhaps the result isn’t doing quite as much heavy lifting as the photography

Good clinical photography should make comparison easier.
Same position.
Same expression.
Same lighting.
Same distance.

Because I want to see what the TREATMENT changed.
Not what happened when you switched the big light off
