I was chatting to my Pilates and Seated Fitness ladies this morning, and it reminded me why I love teaching movement so much.

So many women tell me they feel stiff, achy, tired and not quite like themselves anymore.

That’s exactly why I created Lift Lean Mobility.

It’s not about keeping up with anyone else.
It’s not about burpees.
It’s not about spending hours in the gym.

It’s about moving your body in ways that help you feel stronger, steadier and more confident in everyday life.

We work on:
✨ Mobility
✨ Balance
✨ Strength
✨ Posture
✨ Energy

And we have a good laugh along the way too.

If you’ve been thinking, “I really should do something for myself,” this is your sign.

A few spaces are available this Sunday at 9:30am in Moira.

Comment MOVE below or book using the link in my bio.

“What do you do while the kettle boils?” ☕

“Most of us reach for our phones. But what if those two minutes could actually make us stronger, calmer and healthier?”

This is what we were talking about at our Lift Lean Mobility Class in Donisthorpe today.

If you would like to come next week, book your first class here

POV: your Friday night wasn’t spent scrolling on the sofa… it looked like this 🌿

Warm evening air.
Bare feet on the grass.
Slow stretchy yoga under the trees while the birds carried on singing.

Then came the part where everybody went really quiet…

Shoulders dropped.
Breathing slowed down.
People properly switched off for an hour.

Then we finished with a little mini sound bath:
singing bowls,
ocean drum,
rain stick,
soft grounding drum beats.

Nothing fancy.
Nothing intimidating.
Just local people coming together to slow down for a bit.

One lady afterwards said:
“That was pure bliss.”

And honestly… I think we all need more evenings like this :)

I’ve had lots of messages asking when the next one is already, so I think another outdoor yoga + sound bath evening might need to happen very soon 🌿

If you’d love the details first, comment SOUND below or send me a message.

Day 7/7 for Mental Health Awareness Week.

If your thoughts feel busy at night, or you find yourself constantly overthinking, try this calming breathing technique.

Breathe in slowly through the nose for 4.
Then breathe out slowly for 8.

That long, slow exhale helps tell the nervous system that you’re safe, calm and able to relax.

You don’t need to force anything.
Just slow it down gently.

I love this one before sleep, after a stressful day or anytime I feel a bit overwhelmed and need a reset.

Sometimes one deep breath really can change the feeling in your body.

Try it for one minute tonight and see how you feel 🤍

Stop for a minute… your nervous system might need this:

Day 6 of 7 for Mental Health Awareness Week.

Life can feel really busy sometimes, and it’s easy to rush from one thing to the next without properly stopping.

So here’s your little one-minute pause.

Take a slow breath in.
And a long breath out.

Then just think of:
• one thing you’re looking forward to
• one thing you’re grateful for today
• one thing that made you smile this week
• one person who makes life feel a bit lighter

Nothing fancy.
Just a tiny moment to slow down a bit.

For me, it’s usually something simple — a nice walk, a cup of tea, hearing the birds outside, a good chat after class.

Little things still matter.

Save this for the days that feel a bit full-on 🤍
