Yes, I am still alive!

I hope everyone has had a wonderful summer, the weather has been so kind to us this year so that we have been able to enjoy the outside so much and build up our Vitamin D supplies 🌞☀️.

The good weather has meant I have so many long awaited jobs done and ticked off my never ending list....including giving the treatment room a lick of paint and freshen up! I've also managed to get some swimming and dolphin watching in along the way!

As a result of that, I have messaged clients directly but I may have forgotten to get a few of you booked in, so please give me a shout if you haven't heard from me to arrange your next appt 😀.

Also, on another note....if you would like to get another day of activities in, there is an art exhibition, which I have artwork currently on display, along with many others until the end of August at the Saint Patrick Centre in Downpatrick, which not only is a hreat art venue it is also fun for the kids learning about the history....there's also a great shop and cafe for the bigger kids 😉

Even therapists need therapy sometimes, life is about being kind to others and yourself.

I have just returned from a lovely session with Emma of Cherry Tree Therapy and Coaching NI which took place at Moira Lakes. Listening to the wonderful vibrations of sound bowls after being gentle guided into a deep relaxing state.

To make it an even more perfect evening, we were spoilt by witnessing a stunning sunset as we came back to the present moment... Unfortunatley but also fortunately, because I wanted to get as much as possible from the evening, I forgot to get my phone out to take a photo.

Introducing Not so Wee Walter the 12 week old Great Dane...it's only one week since we got him and I can safely say he's settled in. Its been a l very busy week meeting and greeting and clients 🥰

Thank you for everyone that came along to Salta Aghalee, last night to experience the benefits of salt therapy which is also known as Halotherapy, it was just a pleasure to have you all there in such a relaxed and therapeutic atmosphere, chatting and laughing while the tiny salt particles work there magic!

Thankfully, I don't have any colds or sinus issues at the moment, but I can hand on heart say I felt the benefits this morning, I'm getting rid of sinus debris which i didnt even know I had! And, I had a goods nights sleep...that alone is a win!!

I may organise an evening again so if you are interested please feel free to comment below.

Tomorrow night is the
Footworks Family trip to Salta Aghalee at 8pm.

I just wanted to post a few details in regards to the Salt therapy session.

* Please car share if you can, parking spaces are limited.
* Dress code - relaxed and comfortable!
* Please don't wear you're best clothes! As salt particles are in the atmosphere within the therapy room, and you get salt deposits on you're clothing.
* Feel free to bring a book, ear plugs or knitting/crocheting if you wish....although to be honest we will probably chat!
* £18 for the session is payable to Salta directly.
* Be prepared to do some breathing exercises....this ultimately will help you get the best from the therapy and also helps stimulate the relaxion response in your body.

Looking forward to seeing all those that have booked in tomorrow evening.

I have just confirmed the date for the Footworks family get together at Salta Aghalee!!

Tues 24th March at 8pm for a lovely relaxing evening of self care and deep breathing in the fabulous Salt room... Honestly if I could move in there I would!!

I can't offer you Champagne and Strawberries for our group session, but I can offer you tea and cake!
