⚡ Using a Defibrillator (AED) on an Infant in 90 Seconds 👶❤️

Would you know what to do if an infant went into cardiac arrest?

Many people are worried about using a defibrillator on a baby, but in a life-threatening emergency, using an AED could help save a life.

In this 90-second video, we’ll show you:
👶 When to use an AED on an infant.
⚡ How to apply the pads correctly.

🧼✨ How well do you think you can wash your hands?

Handwashing is one of the simplest and most effective ways to help stop the spread of germs. A proper wash should take at least 20 seconds, using soap and water, and make sure you clean between your fingers, under your nails, and around your thumbs.

It’s a small habit that makes a big difference in keeping ourselves, our families, and our communities healthy. 💙

🏫⛑️ Empowering School Staff with Lifesaving Skills 💙

We recently had the pleasure of delivering a Combined Emergency First Aid at Work and Emergency Paediatric First Aid course to a fantastic local school.

Working in a school means being prepared for anything—from playground bumps and falls to more serious medical emergencies involving both children and adults. By combining these two essential qualifications, staff are better equipped with the confidence and practical skills to respond quickly when every second counts.

A huge thank you to all the staff who took part. Your enthusiasm, teamwork, and commitment to keeping your pupils, colleagues, and visitors safe were fantastic to see. 👏

Every trained first aider helps create a safer environment for everyone. ❤️

📅 Looking to train your school or education setting? We’d love to help.
