You can download the NHS app from your app store on IOS or android. You will have to set up an account with your ID.

You can have full access to your medical records from the 1st November 2023 just a tap away.

Please know if you have any issues with the NHS app or setting this up we have two NHS App Ambassadors in the surgery to help assist.

Our Clinical System for West Earlham branch is currently down. Staff at other sites have been able to answer calls. We have a very high volume of calls due to this so please be patient. We appreciate your understanding and apologise for the inconvenience.

A polite reminder to our patients as the Christmas period approaches, if you no longer require your appointment, please contact us to cancel. 306 appointments were not attended in November which could have been used for other patients.

We deal with a high volume of calls between our opening times, we have a call back option available if you feel you are unable to hold on the phone or online forms that can be filled in for routine requests such as sicknotes, routine appointments and general queries.

We appreciate your patience at this busy time of year.

Movember is an annual event involving the growing of moustaches during the month of November to raise awareness of Men's Health Issues, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer and men's su***de.

If you have any of signs, or symptoms that you are concerned about. Do not hesitate to contact the surgery.

We would love to share this information. We now have a cancellation line via our phone system. This makes it easier for our patients to leave a voicemail if they cannot attend their appointment. You call the Practice on 01603 250660 - option 1 then leave the name of the patient, date of birth and date of the appointment. You can also do this via our website https://www.wensumvalleymedicalpractice.nhs.uk/health-information/appointments/appointment-cancellation-form/

The Patient Services Team will pick this up and cancel this on your behalf. This can then be given to somebody else in need.

Due to the high demand, we do appreciate the patients who are able to make contact with us to cancel their appointments in good time.
