It's Know Your Numbers! Week 2026 🫀

We're proud to be part of this national campaign, which exists to help find the “Missing Millions” - the estimated 4.2 million adults living with high blood pressure without knowing it.

High blood pressure can increase your risk of stroke, heart attack, kidney disease, vascular dementia, and early death. The good news? Checking your blood pressure is quick, simple and could be life-saving.

If you’re over 40, aim to check your blood pressure at least once a year - ideally using a validated home monitor, or at your local pharmacy or GP.

Our free Health MOTs can also help you check your blood pressure and other important health measures, with friendly advice and support from our team. Keep an eye on our stories to see where we are headed this week!

Take a few minutes for your health. Know your numbers! 🩺❤️
