We’ve been open 3 months now and over the past few weeks we’ve been gathering your feedback on our gym class offering.

From Monday you’ll see some new additions to our timetable, and everything is based on the feedback we’ve had from our current members 👏

New class types:
💥 Balance Burn: a more traditional circuit type class
🔥 Balance Core: a highly requested ab focused class

We’ve also added 2 new class times:
🥊 A Monday 5:30pm boxfit in the wellness studio
🏋🏽‍♀️ An extra Saturday morning class at 9:30am

🎉 3 Months of Balance Health Nottingham 🎉

3 months ago, we opened our doors with one vision: to offer the ultimate ecosystem for health, fitness, wellbeing and rehabilitation under one welcoming roof.

Since then, we’ve welcomed hundreds of gym members, hosted countless classes, supported rehabilitation journeys and helped people take positive steps towards better health - from lifestyle assessments to lifelong good habits. 💙

Our fitness and wellbeing services are thriving, and we’re excited to continue growing the healthcare side of Balance as we introduce new services and work towards CQC registration in the coming months.

Thank you to every member, visitor, health professional, trainer and team member who has been part of this journey so far.

We’re backing My Name's Doddie Foundation to raise funds and awareness for those affected by motor neuron disease (MND).

We support their vision: a world free of MND 💙

Paul Thompson, Director of Fundraising at My Name’5 Doddie Foundation says:

“This is a great chance to support Balance Health Nottingham to help tackle motor neuron disease.

The team have a history of getting behind the cause and have sadly had first-hand experience of the disease in their community.

We’ll be hosting a series of events in support and special thanks to Rushcliffe Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic who raised money for the cause at our open event last Saturday 🙌
