Pathways to Opportunities provides support for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Complex Needs and Chaotic Lifestyles. We provide a quality service for adults aged 18 + within the borough of Oldham. Person centred planning and reviews are something that will be done on a regular basis to ensure we maximise the full potential of the people we support. Pathways support workers are trained t

o the highest standards and are dedicated to providing a safe and positive approach to Pathways. Our aim is to support people to live a meaningful and fulfilling life, to achieve all they can by accessing all services and resources available within the community. We run a day centre service in Chadderton and also provide an Outreach program where our staff offer bespoke services to complex individuals who may require 1.1/2.1 support.

Today, our team at Pathways attended Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training, an important programme designed to improve understanding and awareness of learning disabilities and autism within health and social care settings.

The training was developed following the experiences of Oliver McGowan. It aims to equip professionals with the knowledge, skills and confidence to provide safe, person-centred care and support.

A huge thank you to Kim, Sarah and Gareth for delivering such an informative and thought-provoking training session. Your expertise and passion made a real impact on everyone who attended.�

Claire is truly amazing – caring, kind, and an absolute joy to be around. She’s always laughing, bringing so much positivity wherever she goes, and no day is ever dull when Claire’s in!

Vicky is truly incredible – caring, supportive, and amazing in everything she does. She has such a beautiful heart, and it shines through in the way she treats everyone around her.
