For those who would like a beginner's intro to meditation I am delighted to be offering a 5 week course at HEAL Conscious Living in Omagh town centre from 23rd Sept, 7.30pm-8.30pm (£45, includes recordings to practice at home).

For those who haven't been to any of my classes before, I aim to create an informal and relaxed atmosphere to learn more about different styles of meditation and overcome some of the typical barriers to establishing your own regular practice. I absolutely love teaching this course, and would love to welcome you in September to this lovely space in Omagh 🙏🏻

Excited to share that Gortin Farmers Market will be launching on Sunday 16th August at Gortin Community Centre

The vision is to create a welcoming regular market where people can access fresh local produce, support local growers, farmers, producers, makers and small businesses, while creating another space for our community to connect 🥰

We’d really appreciate your help in spreading the word. If you know anyone who grows fruit or vegetables, keeps hens, bakes, makes, crafts, farms or produces anything locally, we’d love to hear from them.
