12 weeks ago and at this time of the evening, I was rushing to London to be bedside with my dying Mum. Holding her hand, stroking her hair, saying what I needed her to know, saying thank you for choosing me as her daughter, telling her how proud I am to have her spirit and kind heart. Such a seismic shift in my life, and a complex back story to process. There is a brutality to losing your Mum that I’m nonetheless grateful for - a shifting of priorities, a removal of self doubt and people pleasing, a fierce protectiveness over my heart ❤️ a wisdom earned through watching her take her last breath. A reverence for the great mystery of birth and death. And a reinforcement of my own purpose in this lifetime….to be a mother 🙏🏼

I’m working out who I am without her.

I’m seeing that grief and joy can exist at the same time.

I’m finding medicine in singing mantra with my harmonium and my little Cadi.

I keep saying “it is what it is” - because that is simply the truth. I feel her every single day in every single way, she’s in my heart, she’s in my bones, my cells, she’s in my smile 😊 she is me and I am her 💖

6 weeks of a journey together in a small group to explore how yoga can impact your life on so many levels. With the world around us feeling more and more disorienting, bewildering and stressful, yoga and pranayama (breath) can really help us to find our centre…to find steadiness and safety within the body and bring a sense of peace.

This practice has really brought me so much support in the last decade. It’s hard to verbalise how it has changed me because the changes have happened on the inside. It touches every part of your life and this is why I teach - for the impact and the ripple effect.

Come join me in March, message me for more info and to book 🙏🏼🩷

It has been an absolute joy to have worked with the lovely team at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, A Belmond Hotel providing bespoke seasonal yoga for all the wonderful guests since the summer of 2025. I was made to feel part of the family from the outset and I truly met some wonderful people on and off the mat.

We practiced outside in the orchard, among the trees, near the pond, in the Japanese house, and in the conservatory of the beautiful La Belle Epoque. I believe that providing yoga at such a beautiful venue is not a class, it’s an experience, which is the essence of Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons - it’s about people, experiences, connection with the earth and the seasons. And truly I delivered experiences that really complemented the seasonal devotion of this beautiful place. There is a very special and sacred energy on the land which has been cultivated from the ground up, and I was honoured to have shared practice here with such lovely people. So looking forward to seeing the gates open once again and rolling out the mat once more.

Thank you for having me 🙏🏼🧘🏼‍♀️🩷

Singing has been a huge part of my world this year 🎶

From having singing lessons with the most supportive teacher who unlocked a hidden soprano in me;
To chanting a maha mantra for the first time in one of my favourite studios .yoga.cambs;
To joining the amazing Watlington Community Choir led by as a soprano;
To performing with the choir in three Christmas concerts, one of our own and two where we backed incredible musicians 🤩🙏🏼💫

It has all been a continuation of exploring my voice and a sense of inner healing through devotional singing and community singing, a coming home 🩷

Getting over my stage fright and allowing m voice some power and presence 🥰

Excited to see where this all leads in 2026 but suffice to say that chanting is my medicine for sure 🙏🏼❤️‍🩹
