Morrab Together Patient Participation Group (PPG) Update
June 2026

Our first meeting took place in April, where members shared ideas and discussed how we would like to shape the future of the group.
Building on the enthusiasm from this meeting, along with the valuable and constructive feedback we received, we are pleased to announce that our second meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 1st July, from 4:00pm to 5:30pm.
The meeting will take place at The Clubhouse Café, Penzance Tennis Club, Penlee Park, Penzance, Cornwall, TR18 4HE.

If you would like to become a member of our group, there is still time to get involved. Please click the link below for details on how to join:

In the meantime, we would like to share the following updates:
________________________________________
Clinical Representation
We aim to have a different colleague from our clinical team at each quarterly meeting. This will provide an opportunity for members to meet staff from across the practice, including doctors and practice nurses.

Staff Involvement
We are encouraging participation from all members of staff and hope colleagues across the practice will become actively involved—either by attending meetings to talk about their roles or by contributing articles to the Morrab Matters newsletter*

Guest Speakers
We plan to invite guest speakers from the local community to showcase services available to support our patients.

Patient Representation
We are committed to promoting strong patient representation and are actively working to ensure that Morrab Together PPG reflects the diversity of our patient community.

Morrab Matters Newsletter*
The purpose of our regular newsletter will be to provide meaningful and informative updates on practice developments and Patient Participation Group (PPG) activity. It will help you stay informed about what is happening within the practice, how it may affect you, and how you can engage more effectively with us.
