Our Operations Manager, Laura P., is on the BIBAs Tour, visiting the finalists in the Service Business of the Year category ahead of the final judging.
It's been a fantastic opportunity to see so many outstanding businesses and the incredible work they do.
We'd like to wish the very best of luck to all the finalists!

After months of applications, interviews and rigorous judging, the BIBAs judges are on tour visiting every finalist in the Service Business of the Year category before making their final decision and selecting this year’s winner.

The judges are setting off on the first visit of the day, meeting the outstanding businesses that have demonstrated excellence in customer service, innovation, leadership and business performance. Each visit provides a valuable opportunity to see first hand what makes these companies exceptional.

We would like to thank Ibs and Sarah from Charlotte House Well Being Centre for serving hot BBQ flame burgers and hot dogs at the summer fair. 🍔🌭

Despite the heat and the constant rush at the BBQ, they did an outstanding job. 👏

We’ve raised an amazing £1,354 so far! Our fundraising journey continues until October in support of Cancer Research UK Relay For Life Rossendale, and every donation makes a difference.
