After years of working long hours in HR and commuting to London,

he now spends his days as Site Manager at in Folkestone, helping others experience the power of cold water.

His passion started with one cold plunge on a retreat.

Something clicked, and he knew this was the path he was meant to follow.

Joe leads every session with genuine care, empathy and presence, creating spaces where people feel safe to challenge themselves and grow. 💙

I’m proud to share that the Cold Water Facilitator Course is now officially endorsed by the Swimming Teachers’ Association (STA) and carries 1 CPD point.

The STA is one of the UK’s leading aquatic education bodies. The Director of Education, reviewed the course, the content, the delivery, the training resources and safety framework.
